Example calculation, not an average saving. We only compare tasks CreatorOffice takes over, at the providers' list prices (net, without introductory discounts, as of 30 September 2026). The office suite for email, calendar, spreadsheets and files stays and counts as €0. Seats count per person in the team; e-signature with as many users as the envelope quota needs for the contracts; media kits only if the plan includes them. Monthly prices with monthly payment, annual with the switch above. The matching plan is the cheapest whose limits fit your inputs; we do not count additional creators and seats as long as they cannot be booked. If no plan fits, we compare with the Enterprise entry price. A single person counts no team messenger, and time saved on payouts only counts in plans with payout runs. The examples on the plan cards use the plan to its limits: Solo 5 creators, 1 seat, 8 contracts a month; Team 20 creators, 3 seats, 40 contracts; Agency 60 creators, 8 seats, 100 contracts.

FAQ
For every agency that works with creators: social media, influencer marketing and talent agencies as well as creator management. From solo managers to agency networks, with tax and accounting features for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
You added a payment method for the trial. If you do not end the trial beforehand under Subscription & plan, your chosen plan automatically becomes a paid subscription after 14 days, and the first payment is taken. If you end it beforehand, there are no costs; the agency then stays readable for the account owner for at least 90 days. After that, only the records that must be retained are kept; everything else is deleted after notice.
You get a notice at 80 % of a limit. You can add creators (€6) and seats (€19 per month) yourself at any time under “Subscription & plan”, or move to the next plan. A larger plan applies immediately and is charged pro rata, a smaller one from the next billing period.
No. Existing subscriptions keep their current plan with price, limits and features. Switching to one of the new plans is possible at any time.
Yes. Logo, accent colour and your own portal name appear in the header of the agency and creator portal, in emails and on the signing page. CreatorOffice remains subtly visible.
Yes. The creator portal is built for mobile and can be added to the home screen like an app.
Yes. Anytime, even after cancellation. The export contains all data and uploaded files, plus creators and brands as readable lists in import format.
